Many, many thanks to everyone who checked out Monday’s debut strip and helped spread the word. It’s great to hear from so many old friends and it looks like I’ve made some new ones, too. Welcome!
If today’s strip looks a little crisper than the last, you can thank Anthony Summey for his great scanning advice. Do him a solid by checking out his blog, The Pirate Musketeers. If it still looks muddy…well check it out anyway.
Come back on Friday, when I give a special tip of the blogging hat to the IRS, one of Hogan’s Heroes, and the late, great Marvin Gaye.

I am really liking this. There is a rough quality to your inking now. And it is working great for this project to give it the urban feel. I think it adds something to the story, that your slicker inked look would not.
This is much easier to read. Once again, it looks great.
Nice as always, do-gooder. I’ve already hipped Tom Kelly and Jeremy to this site.
I like how he says “mutha” but then annunciates the “fucker.” That’s classy.
Great strip. Great artwork, it reminds me of the Gene Colan type stuff from the seventies. Keep it up!
