This is one of the more ambitious strips I’ve done in a while. Hopefully, I didn’t get too tricky for my own good. If you’re looking for action, I wouldn’t miss next week’s episode. I’m about to put the petal to the floor for the next few weeks, so you’d best hang on.

That’s a great use of white/light to portray that ominous clue that the sniper’s taking aim…and to see Pastor and the reverend in the side-mirrors makes that last frame work hard!! Skillfully done!
The reverend’s tie makes me laugh…what’s so funny about a retro-tie huh???
That’s a pretty classy bit of sequential art, there! It took me a second to figure out what I was looking at, but then I went back to the first panel, and you had indeed set up the relationship of the car to the two buildings. So I’d say you were ALMOST too tricky for your own good… but you pulled it off!!
The glint on the roof doesn’t look like a White Out mistake any more. Interesting work.
I like the glint from the sniper scope and the use of the reflection in the car mirror, but not sure if that would be physically possible. Still a cool story telling device.
